Oregon City Music Academy offers Violin Lessons

Oregon City Music Academy offers Music Lessons for students of all ages and levels. We offer classical training as well as the Suzuki Method. The Suzuki method is based on the approach that musical ability is not an inborn talent but an ability that can be developed. Any student who is professionally trained can develop musical ability, just as all children develop the ability to speak their mother tongue. The potential of every student is unlimited.

What to Expect on Your First Lesson

Your instructor will get to know you as a new student. You will discuss together your goals, musical preferences, and interests.  Then your instructor helps you to become familiar with the instrument. This includes names and parts of the instrument. You also get a short sample lesson with your instrument. At the end of the first lesson, you will fill out the registration form and discuss the payment options. Now you are all set!
