The Suzuki Method is based on his approach that musical ability is not an inborn talent but an ability that can be developed. Not only can you play classic and pop music on the Table Harp / Kantele, but unlike Piano and Guitar you are open to musical styles that are unique to the Table Harp / Kantele from Asian, and Eastern cultures. This is extremely helpful when keeping your child engaged and encouraged. When they learn the Table Harp / Kantele, they have many musical styles to become inspired by.
What to Expect on your First Lesson
Your instructor will get to know your child. We will talk about goals musical preferences and interests. Then we help them become familiar with their table Harp/kantele. Next, you’ll go over the names of the different parts of the table harp/kantele and talk about how to care for each. Starting from $40 for 30 minutes. ($53 for 45 and $68 for an hour). And then billed at the beginning of each month. If sign up in the middle of the month you will be pro-rated. We accept cards, checks, and digital payments like Venmo.
